I have the t025x tripod and I seem to have lost the clip and screw that screws into the bottom of the central shaft. I assume it is used to attach a weight to. Is it possible to get a replacement.

I recently bought a T-2204X tripod. I realized that the short center column doesn’t have the hook to hang a load from, rather it has a bolt that can’t be unscrewed. I don’t know if this is a manufacture defect of it’s supposed to be like this. If it’s supposed to be like this, this is very odd for me. I really need a hook for the short center column as well and I am trying to find a solution for this. May be I could somehow unscrew that bolt and have a hook there. Is there anyway you could help me with that ? Are there any instructions for that ? Thank you.
